Understanding Your Order Status

Your MaisonCrest order details page shows the most current status available for each item in your order. The status shown there can help you understand where your order stands and what to expect next.

Below is a simple guide to the order statuses you may see.

Backordered

Your item is currently on backorder. You can review the estimated delivery date shown in your order details.

Delayed

Your delivery has been delayed. For the latest update, please refer to your order details.

On Hold

Your order could not be processed at this time. Please review your order details for the most current update.

Partially Shipped

Your order is being sent in multiple boxes. At least one box has already shipped, while one or more additional boxes may still be on the way.

Partially Delivered

Part of your order has already been delivered. You will receive an email when the remaining portion of your order arrives.
