How Will My Order Ship?
Shipping and delivery methods vary by item. The delivery options available for a product are shown as you shop.
When Will My Order Arrive?
You can review the estimated delivery timing for an item on its product page in the shipping and returns details.
After your order is placed, shipment progress is provided once your items leave the warehouse. A shipping confirmation will be sent with tracking information as soon as it becomes available.
Complimentary Shipping
Items marked as eligible for free shipping on the product page will ship at no charge. To keep pricing simple, MaisonCrest either offers complimentary shipping or, in some cases, applies a shipping charge on a per-item basis. Any applicable charge is shown in your cart before checkout and covers ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
The amount shown in your cart is the amount you pay, except where sales tax is required.
For clarity, standard shipping rates are outlined below:
- Orders under $35: $4.99 standard shipping
- Orders of $35 or more: Free standard shipping
Please note that some items may carry separate shipping charges by item or by order value. When applicable, those charges will appear in your shopping cart before checkout.
Promotional shipping thresholds do not include gift cards, bulk orders, applicable shipping charges, international fees, or sales tax. Additional shipping surcharges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Certain items are excluded from qualifying totals for reduced or free shipping rates, though other eligible items in your cart may still count toward the order total.
Our goal is to keep pricing easy to understand, with no unexpected handling fees added at the end of checkout.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
MaisonCrest offers the option to send items from a single order to more than one address.
As you add products to your cart, you may assign each item to a different recipient. You can also update the recipient during checkout by entering a new address or selecting one you have already saved.
In some cases, you may also update the shipping address for an item after the order has been placed through your account, provided the item has not already shipped from the warehouse.
