1. Your order is placed. Available shipping options for eligible items will appear during checkout.

2. Your item leaves the warehouse. Once the shipment is on its way, MaisonCrest will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.

3. Your package travels through the carrier network. Parcel carriers handle the shipment and move it toward the delivery address provided for the order.

4. Your item is delivered. Small parcels are generally delivered directly to your doorstep or another standard package drop-off location associated with the shipping address.

Tracking Your Shipment

Once tracking becomes available, you can follow your package’s progress using the shipping confirmation details provided with your order.

Receiving Multiple Items
